Terms & Conditions for Bhutan Tour |

Reservation/Confirmation |
All tours are open for early booking; Pigeon Travel suggests that each agent/traveler should book tour before arrival. Each agent/traveler is required to pay some portion of amount in advance to confirm the trip which can fix during correspondance. Agent/ traveler may make reservation by email or Fax when we both accept the programs and its cost.

Amendment |
If you wish to change your
original arrangement to another date, please inform us in writing no
later than 30 days prior to the commencement of original trip. We
will inform you whether it will possible or not. We will not
responsible caused by delayed flights, weather or any other factors
beyond our control. There is no charge for amendment. But Druk Air ticket once amended no refund means have to use any way. |

Price |
The prices quoted by Pigeon Travel for tours include, unless otherwise indicated: transportation, guide,hotel A class , and meals( Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner) in hotel. Price dose not includes: expenses of a personal nature such as laundry charge, international telephone call, Bhutan visa fee Usd 20, end-of-trip gratuity for the tour guides/porter/driver etc,tourism service charge Usd 10, Entrance fee Usd 10. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, some times price may increase/decrease due to exchange rates,hotel's policy. Pigeon Travel reserves the right to re-invoice you in case of verbal or written errors made in computing your tour price.
HOTEL CHECK IN- CHECK OUT TIME
Hotel Check in - Check out time 12 noon. Extended check in - check out time may be granted subject to availability and agreement by the participating hotels.

Cancellation and Refund
policy |
| Tour Programmes booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
a. within 30 days of start of programme ~ no charges
b. within 21 days ~ 10% of rate
c. within 14 days ~ 15% of rate
d. within 7 days ~ 30% of rate
e. less than 7 days or without notice ~ 50% of rate
f. after arrival in Bhutan ~ 100%
.
DELAYED ARRIVAL
There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or road blocks. The tourist must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required. For air ticket cancellation charge please visit Druk Air flight information.

Travel Document |
Traveler must carry a valid
travel document i.e. Passport, visa, Re-Entry Permit etc.. Pigeon
travel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and also
will not be responsible for any liability due to travel document.

Travel Insurance |
Pigeon Travel request you all who book tour with us to take appropriate insurance policy . It is suggested that you take travel insurance from your home country that adequately covers for medical, emergency rescue expenses, trip cancellations or any other eventual mishaps. We are always ready to help in the emergency situation such as rescue.

Payment & Its Mode |
25% payment of the total tour cost and all air ticket amounts should be wired into our bank account through Bank Telex Transfer at the time of confirmation. Rest we need one month before. We accept visa and master card payment also with 3 % extra. For credit card payment procedure please ask us. Please remember to FAX us a copy of the telex transfer receipt which your bank will hand over to you after you have wired the booking deposit. The telex transfer copy will act as a proof and also make it easy for us to claim the booking deposit from our Bank here at Kathmandu.

SINGLE TRAVELERS |
|
Pigeon Travel will make its best efforts to match single travelers with suitable roommates. If this is not possible, the single supplement has to be charged which is Usd 25 per night.

Validity & Rates |
All rates are current and are
subject to change with or without prior notice. All rates are quoted
in U S dollars unless specifically indicated.

Child rate |
Child prices apply to children
between the ages of 2 and 12 or any such ages as may be specified by
the respective airlines/hotel/resort. Child fares are subject to
change at the discretion of the respective airlines/hotel/resort. We will give you child rate upon request.

Responsibility |
Pigeon Travel as a tour
operator, acts only as an agent. We reserve the right to substitute
hotels, and alter itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any
desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the
tour. Pigeon Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to
departure for any reason. By accepting tour policy, agent/ traveler
should agree that Pigeon Travel shall hold no Responsibilities in
itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness,
theft, loss, accidents, weather or any other causes. Pigeon Travel
reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member at
any reason before or during the tour. All prices are subject to
change without prior notice. Please write/call the office to verify
current prices. All itineraries subject to change without notice.
Traveler must be self-reliant, a friend or relative must accompany
those who require assistance. We are not able to provide individual
assistance for any traveler. Traveler should inform the escort or
hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All
children and elderly should be at all times accompanied by their
parents while using the pool and or during the tour. If there is No
lifeguard on premise, traveler will be liable for swimming at your
own risk. |
