Cancellation & Refund : 10 % cancellation charge applicable, if booking is cancelled at least 24 hour before the flight.
33.33 % cancellation charge is applicable, if booking is cancelled at least one hour before the flight time at Airport. 100 % cancellation charge is applicable, if fails to cancelled the booking.
50 % abortive charge shall be applied in case a charter flight is aborted due to weather.


If a domestic flight is delayed more than 2 hour & passenger wants to refund the ticket, it is full refundable
