Terms & Conditions for Western China Tour |

Reservation/Confirmation |
All tours are open for early booking; Pigeon Travel suggests that each agent/traveler should book tour before arrival. Each agent/traveler is required to pay some portion of amount in advance to confirm the trip which can fix during correspondance. Agent/ traveler may make reservation by email or Fax when we both accept the programs and its cost. |

Amendment |
If you wish to change your
original arrangement to another date, please inform us in writing no
later than 30 days prior to the commencement of original trip. We
will inform you whether it will possible or not. We will not
responsible caused by delayed flights, weather or any other factors
beyond our control. |

Price |
The prices quoted by Pigeon Travel for tours include, unless otherwise indicated: all transportation, guide,Entrance fees,China visa fee,all lodging in hotel class stated during our communication, and meals as stated in respected programs. Price dose not includes: expenses of a personal nature; Nepal visa fee Usd 30-80; end-of-trip gratuity for the tour guides, tour manager and car driver,any emergency expenses. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, some times price may increase/decrease due to exchange rates. Pigeon Travel reserves the right to re-invoice you in case of verbal or written errors made in computing your tour price.
HOTEL CHECK IN- CHECK OUT TIME
Hotel Check in - Check out time 12 noon. Extended check in - check out time may be granted subject to availability and agreement by the participating hotels.

Cancellation and Refund
policy |

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services - due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would be as follow-
* Before 45 days - 10% of the total tour / service cost
* From 45 days to 30 days - 20% of the total tour / service cost
* From 30 days to 07 days - 30% of the total tour / service cost
* From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) - 50% of the total tour / service cost
* From 48 hours to arrival or NO SHOW - NO REFUND
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
For air ticket cancellation: As per airlines rules

Travel Document |
Traveler must carry a valid
travel document i.e. Passport, visa, Re-Entry Permit etc.. Pigeon
travel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and also
will not be responsible for any liability due to travel document.

Travel Insurance |
Pigeon Travel is not
responsible for any accidents occur on or during the tour. It is
suggested that you take travel insurance from your home country that
adequately covers for medical, emergency rescue expenses, trip
cancellations or any other eventual mishaps. Please write us for
insurance policy and rate while doing in Nepal. We are always ready
to help in the emergency situation.

Payment & Its Mode |
25% payment of the total tour cost and all air ticket amounts should be wired into our bank account through Bank Telex Transfer at the time of confirmation . We accept visa and master card payment with additional 3 % service charge. Write us for the payment procedure. Bank transfer will be best way to pay us. All the advance payment should reach to us as we stated at the time of correspondence and final payment should reach us with traveler or before their arrival. |

SINGLE TRAVELERS |
|
Pigeon Travel will make its
best efforts to match single travelers with suitable roommates. If
this is not possible, the single supplement has to be charged. |

Validity & Rates |
All rates are current and are
subject to change with or without prior notice. All rates are quoted
in U S dollars unless specifically indicated. |

Child Fares |
Child prices apply to children
between the ages of 2 and 12 or any such ages as may be specified by
the respective airlines/hotel/resort. Child fares are subject to
change at the discretion of the respective airlines/hotel/resort. |

Responsibility |
Pigeon Travel as a tour
operator, acts only as an agent. We reserve the right to substitute
hotels, and alter itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any
desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the
tour. Pigeon Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to
departure for any reason. By accepting tour policy, agent/ traveler
should agree that Pigeon Travel shall hold no Responsibilities in
itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation strikes, sickness,
theft, loss, accidents, weather or any other causes. Pigeon Travel
reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member at
any reason before or during the tour. All prices are subject to
change without prior notice. Please write/call the office to verify
current prices. All itineraries subject to change without notice.
Traveler must be self-reliant, a friend or relative must accompany
those who require assistance. We are not able to provide individual
assistance for any traveler. Traveler should inform the escort or
hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All
children and elderly should be at all times accompanied by their
parents while using the pool and or during the tour. If there is No
lifeguard on premise, traveler will be liable for swimming at your
own risk. |
