A ‘Booking’ refers to any tour ,trekking itinerary or activities that are listed in our website www.pigeontravels.com that you buy from us including half and full day tours, multi day’s tours, trekking tours,  adventures Activities, hotel booking, flight ticket, rafting, safari tours, Paragliding flight, Heli flight, Bunjee jumping etc are subject to change without prior notice due to road blockade, landslides, bad weather, political unrest and other conditions as deemed necessary by Pigeon Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Your Voucher & Pick Up point
We will email you confirmation email once you book the trip. This confirmation email is valid to show us as voucher. The location of the pick up point vary on types of the tour. If day tours normally from your hotel and in multi days tours from the airport of your destination country.

Single Room Supplement
All the trip’s price are based on double occupancy or Twin sharing or Triple sharing. In most of the tour we have price for 1 person also it means single room supplement included here. But of you are in group size 2 or more and need single room then an additional charge is required, referred to as a “single supplement” . If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room, we will attempt to find a roommate for you. If we’re unable to do so, you will be charged single supplement.

Travel Documents
It is the tour member responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports for at least 6 month from date of tour commencement and proper visas, permits where necessary unless we mentioned this in our included items. 

Prices are quoted in USD & Npr and subject to change without prior notice. NPR price is valid only for Nepalese and in some tours for Indian tourist also and USD for rest of the nationalities.  Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise. Some important information’s are written in our Trip note tab of each tour/trekking/activities itinerary please read carefully before proceeding the booking.

Last minute booking
If you are going to book your trip in last minute please have a look our trip note where you can find minimum required time for the booking. You can also call/WhatsApp/Viber us (+977 9851027024) for such an information.

Hotel check in/out
Normal hotel check-in time is 2 p.m. Hotel checkout time at 11 AM or 12 noon. Please ensure your arrival and departure time  when you book your accommodation. You can email us for how to manage early check in and late check out and it’s possibility. There will be additional charge for early and late check in & out other than above mentioned time.

What not included in our tour price?
Not included in the cost are expenses of a purely personal nature expenses, Lunch and Dinner, Visa, permit,all airfare, tips, excess baggage charge, insurance ( Except insurance covered by Nepalese law while traveling on our vehicle)  and other items not specifically mentioned herein. Please do not forget to see includes/excludes tab for exact information of each tours/treks/activities.

Date change
If you want to change the date of the tour, it may be possible but subject to availability and cost difference. Please remember some flight/accommodation/meal booked /guide service may not be changeable/refundable.

Deposit for the booking
Please refer to our trip note tab of individual tours for exact deposit required for the tour to confirm.

Payment Methods
Booking deposit can be made by bank transfer https://www.pigeontravels.com/bank-transfer/ or by Credit Card  https://www.pigeontravels.com/card-payment/ (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) ,JCB,Union Pay. With 3.5 % card processing charge.
We accept following cards.

The prices are subject to change should the Transporters/ Hoteliers/Airlines/Govt. amend their rates prior to commencement of the tour. PIGEON TRAVEL & TOURS (P) LTD, while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services, only act as an agent on the clear understanding that they shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities, arranged by the Company, its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond our control.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE ( General Case)
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services – due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:-
Before 60 days – No cancellation charge.
From 60 days to 45 days – 10% of the total tour / service cost
From 45 days to 15 days – 15% of the total tour / service cost
From 15 days to 07 days – 25% of the total tour / service cost
From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) – 50% of the total tour / service cost
From 48 hours to arrival or NO SHOW – NO REFUND
In case of peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

1. Air ticket if that is included in our price , cancellation charge will be as per airline’s rule.
2. Please refer cancellation policy TAB of each tours for individual & exact tour cancellation policy.
