NATIONAL MARTYR’S MEMORIAL at Savar, which was built to commemorate the martyrs of war of independence in 1971. The natural setup of 35 km from Dhaka the surroundings of the site & the architectural design of the monument got extra ordinary attraction.
BALIATI PALACE is located at the Baliati village at Saturia of Manikganj was build about 200 years ago on the bank of the Gazikhali river. The palace is situated on a lush and sprawling premise, approximately 16000 sq. meter. About 200 rooms are available inside the premise. It’s interesting for those who love old palaces.
DHAMRAI the brass artisan village & experience with intricate metal works. This artistic works have been inherited by the particular section of people since the historical Pala dynasty of 7th century AD. This region was famous & practicing Hindu cultural activities since the “Maha Bharat” epic period. Dhamrai is popular for its Hindu festival known as “Rath Jatra” which is very similar to Roman Chaeiot. Some locals making pottery are still survived denying the modern world. Other attractions are rice hacking mills, vegetable market, jewelry sops etc.
