Rupakot Resort is set on 25 acres of peaceful land on the hills of Rupakot, Pokhara. Situated 25 kilometers from Lakeside Pokhara, we are located at a sweet spot in which you can jump into the hustle and bustle of the city with ease while also being completely immersed in nature. Additionally, we are located about 200 kilometers, a 5-hour drive, away from the nation’s capital city Kathmandu.
At Rupakot, you can enjoy a scenic panorama of Begnas, Rupa, and Fewa lake, as well as the entire Annapurna Mountain Range. 1. Full advance payment required for booking confirmation.
2. Complimentary one-time pickup and drop-off during check-in and check-out (Pokhara Airport/Pokhara Lakeside).
3. For guests utilizing the shuttle service on their second night of stay, an additional fee of NPR 500 per person will apply.
4. Flight dates must align with check-in and check-out, allowing for a 2-day flexibility window on either side.
5. Customizations to the package are subject to availability and additional charges.
6. Rupakot Resort is not liable for airline delays or schedule changes, but shuttle services will be adjusted as needed.
7. All resort policies must be adhered to during the stay.
8. No cancellations, discounts, or room upgrades will be provided for this package.
9. The name on the booking and flight ticket must match.
10. Rooms are subject to availability.
11. Flight dates cannot be changed after booking is confirmed.

Check-in/Check-out Time/Day-use policies
Our check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. at noon. Day-use charges for rooms utilized until 3 p.m.
will be 50% of the contracted rates. For check out after 3 p.m., one full night charge will be applied. Early checkin or day use is strictly subject to availability.

Smoking policies:
All of the rooms are non-smoking in Rupakot Resort. Smoking in indoor spaces is strictly prohibited. Smoking is
allowed in designated areas outdoors.

Please Note: An identification certificate or ID card for all the guests is mandatory. Hence you are requested to
send it prior by email or present it during the check-in time.

Child Rate Policy
11 years and under: No extra charge when sharing a bed with their parents. Extra bed if required will be charged
as per the contracted rate. A baby cot (baby bed) can be made available upon request without additional
charges.
12 years and above: An extra bed is charged at the contracted rate.
Second child: An extra bed as per contract rate.
Maximum occupancy: Only 3 guests.
